LA SCUOLA D’ITALIANO DEL GLOCESTER INSTITUTE

The School is located in a quiet area in the North East of Rome, well connected to the city centre (express bus and metropolitan train, approx 20 minutes journey time).

QUALITY - Our courses are taught by motivated, highly qualified teachers with at least five years’ teaching experience. The small size of our groups (maximum 6 students per class) makes it easier to learn. Our method is based on the communicative approach: we encourage our students to speak from the very first day.

Classes start every Monday, from 10 July to 21 August. Classes are Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 1:15 pm. Afternoon one-to–one classes with our teachers can be booked one day in advance.

We provide accommodation in single rooms with selected Italian families, within a short distance of the school. The cost is €185 per week, Italian breakfast included. On request we can provide information on hotels in the school area.

PRICES	The cost of the course is € 145 per week, all inclusive. There are no extra costs for study materials, attendance certificate, registration. You will also receive a free welcome pack: one day travel card for illimited travel within ROME on any chosen day, bus and underground map, magazine with events listing in English.
REGISTRATION	If you want to register for one of our courses, contact us (via mail info@glocesterinstitute.com or tel/fax +39/06/8803618) and we will send to you the registration form. You have to fill it and send to us together with receipt of payment of €100 deposit. Upon receipt, we will send you an information sheet (with details of transport to and from the airport, cost of pick up service if you want us to arrange it for you, emergency contact numbers, name and address of host family). We will also send you a language test that we ask you to take and send back. This will allow us to organise our groups beforehand, so that you can start your classes on the very first day.
PAYMENT	At the time of registration you need only make and advance payment of € 100 as deposit. You will pay the balance and the accommodation cost on the first day of the course. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, INSURANCE	If you cancel 15 days before the beginning of the course, we will be happy to refund the deposit paid (minus bank expenses). There will be no refund in case of cancellations made later than 15 days prior to the beginning of the course. Insurance: We advice students to get insurance against illness or accidents.
